Scope<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Refunds &amp; Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from EV4 Limited through the&nbsp;DSDevices&nbsp;websites, including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dsdevices.com\/eu\">https:\/\/www.dsdevices.com\/eu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and any country-specific or regional versions of that website&nbsp;operated&nbsp;by EV4 Limited, by business customers,&nbsp;resellers&nbsp;and distributors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EV4 Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07986640.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registered Office:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KAD House&nbsp;<br>Portsmouth Road&nbsp;<br>Esher&nbsp;<br>Surrey KT10 9AD&nbsp;<br>United Kingdom&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UK VAT Number: GB131428934&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EU VAT Number: NL828345053B01&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Policy applies to business customers&nbsp;located&nbsp;in the United Kingdom, the European Union and other territories served by EV4 Limited.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Returns Eligibility<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from EV4 Limited and must meet&nbsp;all of&nbsp;the following conditions:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Return request&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;within 14 calendar days of delivery;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Products must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 All accessories, documentation and components must be included;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A valid proof of purchase, invoice number or order reference must be provided; and&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A valid Return Merchandise&nbsp;Authorisation&nbsp;(RMA) must be issued by EV4 Limited before any product is returned.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;without prior&nbsp;authorisation&nbsp;may be refused.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Faulty Products and Warranty (RMA Process)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.1 Remote Diagnostics<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before&nbsp;authorising&nbsp;a return, EV4 Limited may perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and resolve the reported issue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers agree to cooperate with reasonable diagnostic procedures before an RMA is issued.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.2 Warranty Coverage<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise&nbsp;stated, EV4 Limited products are covered by a one (1) year Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty from the date of delivery.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The warranty will be void if:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 warranty labels, tamper&nbsp;labels&nbsp;or serial number labels have been removed, damaged,&nbsp;altered&nbsp;or defaced;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 the product has been&nbsp;modified,&nbsp;repaired&nbsp;or altered without written&nbsp;authorisation&nbsp;from EV4 Limited;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 the product has been misused, improperly installed, improperly&nbsp;stored&nbsp;or&nbsp;operated&nbsp;outside its intended specification;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 the defect results from accident, negligence, abuse, environmental&nbsp;damage&nbsp;or&nbsp;unauthorised&nbsp;handling.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.2.1&nbsp;Warranty Support Through&nbsp;Authorised&nbsp;Resellers<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warranty support may be provided directly by EV4 Limited or through the&nbsp;authorised&nbsp;reseller or distributor from whom the product was&nbsp;purchased.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EV4 Limited reserves the right to require proof of purchase from EV4 Limited or an&nbsp;authorised&nbsp;reseller or distributor before processing any warranty claim.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products&nbsp;purchased&nbsp;through&nbsp;unauthorised&nbsp;resellers,&nbsp;unauthorised&nbsp;distributors or other&nbsp;unauthorised&nbsp;sales channels may not be eligible for warranty support.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where warranty support is provided through an&nbsp;authorised&nbsp;reseller or distributor, customers may be directed to contact the original supplier as the first point of contact for warranty&nbsp;assistance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing in this Policy shall require EV4 Limited to provide warranty support for products that cannot be verified as having been supplied by EV4 Limited or an&nbsp;authorised&nbsp;reseller or distributor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EV4 Limited reserves the right to reject warranty claims where proof of purchase cannot be provided or where the product&#8217;s origin cannot be&nbsp;reasonably verified.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.3 RMA Issuance<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where a return is approved:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 EV4 Limited will issue a Return Merchandise&nbsp;Authorisation&nbsp;(RMA) reference number;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 the RMA will normally remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 products returned without a valid RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.4 Return Instructions<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers must:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 clearly display the RMA reference on the outside of the package;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 use a reputable tracked and traceable courier service;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 ensure products are adequately insured during transit where&nbsp;appropriate;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;any return instructions provided by EV4 Limited.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products must be shipped to the return address provided by EV4 Limited at the time an RMA is issued.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns sent without a valid RMA number or to an address not specified by EV4 Limited may be refused or returned to sender at the customer&#8217;s expense.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the customer&#8217;s location and the nature of the return, products may be directed to an&nbsp;authorised&nbsp;EV4 Limited return processing facility within the European Union or the United Kingdom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers&nbsp;located&nbsp;within the European Union will normally be provided with a return address within the European Union.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers&nbsp;located&nbsp;outside the European Union will normally be provided with a return address within the United Kingdom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The return location will be confirmed when the RMA is issued.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.5 Packaging Requirements<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers should use the original packaging wherever possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where original packaging is unavailable, suitable protective packaging must be used to prevent damage during transit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where requested by EV4 Limited, customers may&nbsp;be required&nbsp;to include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 power supplies;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 cables;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 accessories;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 adapters; and&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 any other components necessary for testing and diagnosis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers should remove any non-EV4 shipping labels prior to shipment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.6 Shipping Responsibility<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed in writing:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 customers&nbsp;are responsible for&nbsp;return shipping costs;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 customers&nbsp;are responsible for&nbsp;the risk of loss or damage until the returned goods are received by EV4 Limited;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 original shipping charges are non-refundable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where EV4 Limited confirms a valid warranty claim and provides a replacement product, EV4 Limited may cover outbound shipping costs for the replacement hardware at its discretion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where a warranty claim is&nbsp;subsequently&nbsp;found not to be valid, EV4 Limited reserves the right to charge reasonable inspection, repair, return&nbsp;shipping&nbsp;and handling costs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.7 Repair or Replacement<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, EV4 Limited may, at its sole discretion:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 repair the product;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 replace the product with an equivalent product; or&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 provide an alternative remedy consistent with applicable contractual obligations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Replacement products may be new,&nbsp;refurbished&nbsp;or equivalent replacement units.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Non-Faulty Returns<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-faulty returns are accepted only with prior written approval from EV4 Limited.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Approved returns:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 must be unused and in original condition;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 must include original packaging and accessories;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 may be subject to a restocking charge of between 15% and 25% of the original purchase price;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 will not include reimbursement of original shipping costs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Approval of non-faulty returns&nbsp;remains&nbsp;at EV4 Limited&#8217;s discretion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Non-Returnable Products<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 used, deployed,&nbsp;activated&nbsp;or provisioned devices;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;customised,&nbsp;modified&nbsp;or specially manufactured products;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 special-order products;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 products with&nbsp;removed,&nbsp;damaged or tampered warranty labels;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 products returned without a valid RMA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Refunds<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where a refund is approved:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 products will first be inspected and assessed;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 14 business days following approval;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 refunds will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably&nbsp;practicable&nbsp;or as account credit&nbsp;where&nbsp;agreed by both parties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EV4 Limited reserves the right to withhold refunds pending inspection of returned products.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the fullest extent&nbsp;permitted&nbsp;by law, EV4 Limited shall not be liable for:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 indirect or consequential loss;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 loss of revenue;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 loss of profit;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 loss of business opportunity;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 loss of data;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 costs associated with installation,&nbsp;removal&nbsp;or reinstallation of products; or&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 costs incurred due to delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. International Returns<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EV4 Limited&nbsp;operates&nbsp;authorised&nbsp;fulfilment and return processing facilities within both the United Kingdom and the European Union.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;appropriate return&nbsp;location will be&nbsp;determined&nbsp;by EV4 Limited and communicated when an RMA is issued.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers must comply with all applicable customs, import and export requirements when shipping products internationally.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Reseller Returns<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products&nbsp;purchased&nbsp;by&nbsp;authorised&nbsp;resellers for resale may only be returned with prior written approval from EV4 Limited.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products returned from reseller inventory may be subject to inspection, restocking&nbsp;charges&nbsp;and minimum return quantities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products previously sold by a reseller to an end customer are not eligible for return to EV4 Limited except under the applicable warranty process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. Governing Terms<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Refunds &amp; Returns Policy forms part of and should be read together with EV4 Limited&#8217;s Terms of Sale, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of&nbsp;any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale shall prevail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Policy applies&nbsp;to business transactions only.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
