1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made by business customers, resellers, and distributors from EV4 Limited. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted with prior approval and must meet the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All accessories and components must be included
- A valid proof of purchase / invoice number is provided
Returns without prior authorisation may be refused.
3. Faulty Products & Warranty (RMA Process)
3.1 Remote Diagnostics
Our team will make every effort to diagnose and resolve hardware issues remotely before approving a return.
3.2 Warranty Coverage
- EV4 Limited products are covered by a 1-year Return to Base (RTB) warranty
- The warranty becomes void if:
Warranty void labels are removed, broken, or tampered with
The product has been misused, improperly stored, or modified
3.3 RMA Issuance
If a return is required:
- A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference will be issued
- The RMA is valid for 30 days from issue
Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
3.4 Return Instructions
Customers must:
- Clearly display the RMA reference on the outside of the package
- Return the hardware via a tracked and traceable courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL)

3.5 Packaging Requirements
- Use original packaging where possible
- If not available, use secure protective packaging
- Include:
Original power adapter
HDMI cable (if replacement is required)
- Remove any non-EV4 Limited labels or stickers
3.6 Customs Requirements (International Returns)
For international shipments:
- Include a commercial invoice stating:
“RETURN GOODS FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT. VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSE ONLY”
- Declare value based on the original invoice
- Shipping documentation must also state:
“Return goods for repair/replacement”
3.7 Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Risk of loss or damage during transit
- EV4 Limited will cover shipping costs for replacement hardware
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.8 Repair / Replacement
- Returned products will be inspected upon receipt
- EV4 Limited will:
Repair or replace the product
Issue a replacement once the return is received and approved
4. Non-Faulty Returns
Returns for non-faulty items:
- Are subject to prior approval
- May incur a restocking fee (15–25%)
- Must be unused and in original condition
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, deployed, or provisioned devices
- Modified or customised products
- Bulk-configured or special-order items
- Products with damaged or removed warranty labels
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
- Processed within 7–14 business days
- Issued to the original payment method or as account credit, at EV4 Limited’s discretion
7. Limitation of Liability
EV4 Limited shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of revenue, business, or data
- Costs related to installation or removal of products
8. Governing Terms
This policy operates alongside EV4 Limited’s Terms & Conditions of Sale and applies to business transactions only.
