Returns Policy

About this Policy 

Our team will make every effort to resolve your hardware issue remotely.  

Where the hardware is within our 1 year Return To Base (RTB) warranty, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference to facilitate the return of the hardware. 

The 1 Year RTB warranty becomes void if Warranty Void labels have been removed or broken. 

The hardware will need to be returned to our warehouse in the UK via a traceable method. 

The hardware must be where possible, in the original packaging, failing this use secure packaging, include original power adapter and HDMI cable, if a full replacement is required and all non DSDevices stickers removed. We can issue a replacement as soon as the return is received and reviewed. 

Your RMA reference is valid for 30 days from issue.

Customs  

Include a commercial invoice clearly stating RETURN GOODS FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT. VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSE ONLY.  The value of the product should be according to the original invoices. The shipping label/AWB must also state ‘Return goods for repair/replacement’ in the description of goods/content field. 

Shipping charges 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. 

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, to EV4 Ltd.  

EV4 Limited are responsible for the costs of shipping replacement hardware. 

We will not be liable for any non-compliance of any goods as a result of your failure to follow our instructions on the correct usage, maintenance, storage or removed/broken/damaged warranty void labels of the affected goods.
